A free consultation is a chance to see if my programs are the right fit for you, and if I will be able to effectively help you reach your goals. There is no commitment! After our call, you can decide to join one of our programs.

 The programs only differ in duration. You can start whenever you feel that you are ready! These programs are also renewable and can be extended if we feel like that would be more beneficial for you. 

The programs have a set price which can either be paid upfront all at once, or paid monthly, depending on the duration of the program. This can be discussed on an individual client basis. 

No testing is required. If we feel that certain tests may help better understand your situation and health, I can recommend a referral to other medical professionals. 

This is where the initial free consultation comes in! This is where we will decide the best plan for your case. We can discuss other options as well.
