I am Rana Samad. I am a Registered Nurse, Nutritionist, and Health Coach. After having personally dealt with chronic illness stemming from stress and inflammation, I became passionate about taking a different approach to health.
Being healthy does not just mean being free of disease! Our health is affected by so many other factors including social relationships, home environment, physical activity, and much more!
I became a health coach because I felt like patients tend to leave the doctor’s office with a diagnosis or treatment plan, with the difficult task of changing their lifestyle and having to figure out what to do next. I am here to tell you that you are not alone!
I want to help you overcome chronic stress, help find root causes to current symptoms, and fit healthier habits into your life.
